It sounds like you are having upper stomach discomfort with frequent burping, which can happen with acidity or other digestive problems. Since this started only recently, I would like to understand your symptoms a little better before suggesting any medicine. Please consult me and share details about the pain, your food habits, previous stomach problems, and any medicines you are taking, so I can review everything and guide you properly.
