Spotting a week before periods
I start spotting almost a week before periods, i have got my reports done, TVS is normal on a medication for thyroid which is controlled, vitamin D was low , had taken one month course, still spotting since months . Otherwise periods are normal 28-30 days cycle, what could be the reason as it's happening since long.. please help?

Needs gynaecological examination to confirm the cause for the spotting.As the hormone levels are normal and Ultrasound is also normal

You need to be examined If you are sexually active To rule out  erosion cervix or a polyp Total days of Bleeding or spotting more than 7 days is abnormal
