A ECG to rule out thyroid related causes for tiredness might be helpful and for cervical spondylitis, try to seek a ortho opinion with the MRI reports . A detailed history regarding why they did IG-E levels needs to be answered

You have shared only IgE level and Thyroid profile. Please seek a proper consultation with a General Physician with all the reports. The cause for giddiness may be found in the Vitamin or Minerals deficiency.

Thanks for sharing your symptoms and test details. The combination of cervical spondylitis, dizziness, tinnitus, tiredness, palpitations, and slightly low thyroid levels suggests that multiple factors might be contributing to how you're feeling—including both spine-related and hormonal issues. Muscle spasms and degenerative changes on MRI can also lead to recurring discomfort and dizziness. Even borderline thyroid changes may affect your energy and mood. These symptoms need to be looked at together, not in isolation. 👉 Please consult me directly and share your reports there—I’ll review everything carefully and guide you step-by-step: https://www.practo.com/rewa/doctor/amit-kumar-patel-generalphysician
