Sore nipples before period
Once in a while I get sore nipples(only when pressed) 1 week or 2 week before period date Is there any cream I can apply on it or anything else that can soothe it soon?

Normal, Apply Vaseline petroleum jelly.  And take Multivitamin syrup for 3-5 days once in  a 3 month during periods. Take Syrup Bevon 10ml po bd for 5 days

This is normal, is due to dipping of hormones before your menses. Often a part of PMS. using Vaseline petroleum jelly will prevent chafing and help you. Take care.

Use cold creams or moisturizer to keep the nipples  moist...don't let them get dried...this is normal in some cases...nothing to worry...
