Hi sir...   Pain and bleeding is due to soft and hard deposits( plaque and calculus) which leads to poor oral hygiene... The  swollen and painful gums are medically called as gingivitis Evethough you brush your teeth properly ,there ia always some inaccesible areas that you need to clean( scaling) by dentist...
Next Steps
kindly visit nearby dentist for furthur consultation and scaling (cleaning)...
Health Tips
Avoid vigorous brushing ...Use soft bristles tooth  brush....Brush twice daily... Gargling  with mouth wash twice daily....

Visit to nearest dentist for cleaning of teeth. Blood from the periodontium sometimes comes due to deposition of calcus on teeth.
Health Tips
brush twice a day and use mouthwashes.
