I think I have social anxiety disorder. I want to sleep a lot. I hate talking because I think i know all the answers(what others will say). I don't eat much, have a constant headache. And i always keep on thinking about something. My heart races during interviews(I usually control my expressions but my heart feels like it will pop out of my chest)

I Think u are suffering from anxiety with obsessive thoughts. Consult psychologist or me immediately and take proper mental health management. It is very much essential for u to take it. Do not self diagnose or self medicate.

Hi. Nervousness is a common feature which we all go through but when it extends to unknown fear and other symptoms it might become anxiety. Your symptoms are not enough to diagnose with anything but they are something that could be worked on.
Next Steps
See a Psychologist for a psychological evaluation and with their help you'll be able to get over these symptoms. My organization and I will be happy to help. (themindresearchfoundation.org)
