Dear human, thank you for sharing and reaching out. I appreciate you for taking the first step in your mental health journey. I understand how anxious you may feel with the onset of the pandemic. Recovering from covid itself can be quite exhausting and living under the fear of experiencing it again often makes you feel stressed and worried. I recommend you get therapy which can help you to look at the facts of the situation without doubting yourself constantly with regards to whether you’re taking the right precautions or not. Meanwhile, try the following: 1. Feel prepared and stick to the facts-. Consider limiting the time you spend watching, reading or listening to coverage of the outbreak,  on social media, and think about turning off breaking-news alerts on your phone. Try to fact-check the information you get from news feeds, social media or other people. Assessing the facts of certain situations will help you to understand when your caution is coming from real risk rather than the anxiety of risk. 2. Relaxation- Mind and body-balancing techniques such as yoga, meditation, Taiichi and mindfulness can help you slowdown to relieve your anxiety about covid19. The idea is to interrupt the fear-based thought pattern long enough to give your worried brain a chance to settle, so you can think more clearly. Simple breathing exercises and stretching can make you feel calmer to re-examine your situation. 3. Take good care of yourself-Indulge in self-care practices, such as eating healthy foods, staying physically active, getting enough sleep, keeping up with prescribed medication and taking the proper precautions to protect yourself and others from COVID-19. Sometimes engaging in occasional self-checks for illness can be advised by a specialist. Check in with yourself and then focus your attention elsewhere. Focusing on your favorite hobby or journaling can help you to deal with anxious thoughts and feelings. Try or learn new things online to keep yourself preoccupied when you feel bored or anxious at home. 4. Communicate- It's normal to feel worried, scared or helpless about the current situation. Remember to share your concerns with the ones you trust and doing so may help them too. Being confined at home can make you feel alone and overwhelmed. Remain connected to your friends and family without mentally isolating yourself and feeling alone. This will help you to focus on the things you can control, such as your behavior, who you speak to, and where and how often you get information. Hope this helps :). Take care!

Stress can manifest itself as physical symptoms and the feeling of breathlessness is one of the most common physical symptoms that people report. First of all, I would like to you refer to a general physician to rule out any issues with your lungs since you have had COVID previously. If the stress is mental, I would recommend that you go for psychological counselling to explore your issues.

Many people who had covid infection experience anxiety, stress or some other mental problems. You have thyroid problem also. That also causes breathing difficulty, stress and mood swings. First you need to manage your thyroid problem. you are already taking clonazepam to manage your stress and anxiety. You need to learn how to remain relaxed and calm, how not to worry. And how not to be fearful. A trained psychologist can help you to learn these things. Merely saying stay calm and cool, not to worry or be positive won't be helpful at all.
Next Steps
be in touch with your physician for thyroid problem. consult a clinical psychologist.

There are many ways to manage it, including: Staying physically healthy, eating and sleeping well and exercising. Regularly communicating with loving friends and family members. Maintaining a schedule when it comes to work and chores. Include frequent breaks. Practice mindfulness, meditation and/or relaxation techniques. If your stress is becoming overwhelming, you may book a session with a counselling psychologist to find the most viable solutions.

Hi... Please consult your Physician first who helped you recover from Covid-19. Clonotril (0.25 mg) is an anti-anxiety and anti-epilepsy medication, I hope you taking it under medical supervision. If there is no physiological cause for your condition then it can construed that there's an underlying psychological concern. To address your stress and anxiety, start taking counselling sessions on weekly basis from a Psychologist.
