Small red spot on right inner Cheek
A small red cheek present on right inner Cheek from last 15 to 20 days. But no pain. Local doctor give me metrohex gel. But nothing change. I also stop taking Gutkha from last 2years.

It's an inflamed salivary duct opening . , it's painless not to worry . Is there any decrease in salivation?? Not to worry , u can take lemon juice   4 5 drops at least 4 to5 times a day . Do this and revert back after  1 week.
