Slip disc in lower back
I am suffering from slip disc in my lower back (L5 - S1) I would like to know can this be a recurrant problem? As I had the same problem 5 years ago. I am a 40 year old female. I am currently on painmedication but due to my nature of work I am worried about the problem being recurrant. I am standing the whole day at work
