You should wait for at least 15 days to overcome the inflamation I mean swelling of gums. Use any mouthwash which contains Chlohexidine 0.2% or 0.12%. Do warm water saline gargles 3 to 4 times in a day. Do brush your teeth two times in a day. If you are maintaining your oral hygine properly, then it's ok. It will get solved.
Yes your OPG looks fine as no significant amount of bone loss is appreciated.
I don't think your tooth will be mobile or loose as that might just be normal physiologic mobility of the teeth.
The gum swelling might take another 2 weeks time to subside completely.
Continued using the gum paint and mouth wash prescribed.
Next Steps
If u still find your teeth is still mobile u must visit your dentist and get a check-up done once again. Doctor may split your teeth for few weeks if it's necessary.
Health Tips
Take Tab Doxycycline 100 mg if u have bleeding gums along with swollen gums.
Use warm saline rinses 4-5 times daily for atleast 15 days
Continue using the gum paint and use the mouthwash regularly after each oral intake( take 5-10 ml of Mouthwash keep it for atleast 2 min and rinse thoroughly then spit it and avoid any oral intake for next 20-30 minutes not even plain water or even do not rinse with plain water )
Atleast give 10 days time for the gums to become healthy..
Please try to maintain a good oral hygiene to reduce the gum inflammation
Health Tips
kindly use the mouthwash during night just before going to sleep. try to avoid using it at day time immediately after brushing / food.. coz it will end up in staining of teeth
