Slept straight
Hi 30weeks pregnant yesterday night I slept at 11:30pm and in between I woke up at 3AM while going to sleep I slept left side but while waking up I found straight don't know how long I slept like that Feel worried

Nothing will happen. Many women on Practo have a tendency to sleep on their back when they are 30 weeks pregnant.

Sleeping straight is not an issue if your back is not hurting or if you don't have any one sided pain in abdomen or leg It won't affect your baby at long as your baby movements are good Don't worry
