Slept on stomach during 5th month
I unknowingly slept on my stomach during my 20th week pregnancy. Will it harm my baby I am so anxious and worried

If already slept then anyway nothing can reverse it .right? Relax .dont sleep on your tommy but preferably on side position like left or right side
