Slept on back
Hi docs... I am 33 weeks pregnant... I uusally slewp on left but  jus nw wen i woke uo i found myself sleeping on my back during night...I think from 3.30am to 5.30am... When i realised i  immediately changed my position to left... I have heard that sleeping on back in 3rd trimester is not recommended.....Will my baby be okay... Will it have decreased blood supply n oxygen to baby... Please I am crying since then plzz reply...

Yes..Sleeping on left side is recommended but if you slept on other side, it would not have harmed your baby

Your baby will be OK. To put you at ease I want to inform you that this study of sleeping on one side came in 1977-1978.  Before that no Doctors used to advise their patients to sleep on one side and still millions of babies were born without any damage.
