Hi,
I am 33 weeks 6 days pregnant. My due date is August 26th. Yesterday, I had mild period cramps for 30 mins and back pain for about an hour. Today I have back pain and like heat pain in lower abdomen for more than 2 hours. Is this false labour Pain?. Should I worry about it or just take some rest and relax ?. I have my next gynecologist is on Thursday.

Looks like false labour pains mam. Take rest and see if it persists then visit hospital immediately.

Frequency if every 5-10 mins visit the obstetrician , if once or twice in a day take rest and observe
