Slept on back unknowingly_20weeks4days
I am 20 weeks 4days pregnant, i found myself sleeping on mu back.. don't know how many hours.. is it dangerous.. will my baby be okay? Should I visit the doctor

Previously we never bothered about these things Now people rthinking that Pregnancy is a great thing and asking this type of questions U can sleep in any position Any how  after 28 u cannot  sleep  in dorsal position An advice is sleep in lateral position

No problem. You see this research regarding sleeping on the back was done only 45 years ago. The human race has been in existence for a few million years and they have been having babies without ever bothering whether they slept on their back or side. You will also have your baby. The only thing is that deliberately you should not lie on your back. By the way, this precaution is to be observed after 28 weeks of pregnancy.
