Older people sleep less but if it is very less then needs to be addressed..

If u r sleeping during daytime, pls reduce it
After 4/5pm sit outside (balcony) or if u can walk , walk for 40 min
Take a glass of hot milk by 7:30pm
W/f any episodes of disorientation
Check if ur electrolytes are normal
