Experiencing sleepless since more than a week..I m 7 months pregnant and have recently recovered from Covid 19...I hardly sleep for an hr a day. It's very upsetting.. please explain what might be the possible cause

From what you have mentioned it looks like you are stressed that is causing you to not get sufficient sleep. The last Trimister is one of the reasons for your less sleeping hours..
