Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is tough. Fear of dying while sleeping could be coming from the subconscious mind. We have to create a safe space and find the root of this fear and release it so you find wellness. Once the fear is released you will be able to sleep peacefully. Because you’re having this fear and you’re not sleeping the fear is carried around the day and getting these dreams which are also part of the subconscious mind. This needs therapy work to be resolved. You’re fine. Stay
Next Steps
I can work on this fear and make you sleep like a baby! Love and healing ❤️‍

Hi, Sometimes, Fears are deep rooted in subconscious may be due to past experiences, or seen/heard something. Through hypnosis one can reach to that root cause and remove fear from there. The relaxed state in hypnosis also helps to reduce overthinking and sleep issues.
