When ever going to bed feeling very even though sleepy couldn't able to sleep beasuse of the fear that will be die when fallen to sleep kindly help me to come out of this and when I woke from the sleep I'm keep on thinking y I had dreams what's happening to me looking strange to my own self kindly help me with solution

We have to create a safe space and find the root of this fear and release it so you find wellness. Once the fear is released you will be able to sleep peacefully. Because you’re having this fear and you’re not sleeping the fear is carried around the day and getting these dreams which are also part of the subconscious mind.
