Dear Sir
There can be a lot of reasons for sleep disturbance for eg a change in routine, stress, overstimulation, anxiety, depression to name a few. You need a detailed evaluation to understand the underlying reason for your sleep problems. You can try a few simple measures to improve sleep like keeping your room comfortable, going to bed only when you are sleepy, not to smoke or drink or drink caffeine after evening, regular exercise and relaxation techniques like meditation.
Please seek professional help if you continue to experience difficulties.

Hello,
If there is problem related to only sleep then you can try sleep hygiene. This include- Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends. Use bed only for sleeping do not read book or use phone on bed. Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature. Remove electronic devices, such as TVs, computers, and smart phones, from the bedroom. Avoid large meals, caffeine, smoking and alcohol before bedtime. Go for walk or exercise.
Sweating and early morning awakening can be symptoms of anxiety. Its important to know the root cause behind your insomnia. Treating just insomnia will not help rather root cause causing insomnia need to be treated.
