Sleeping disorders
I have night shift and sometime due to extra work i have to be awake and because of that my morning sleeping time gets disturbed I want to ask something does milk really helps in instant and good sleep I saw somewhere 2 walnuts along with milk works as a laxative and gives good sleep also . Is it safe though milk doesn't suit me most of the time but if it works should I try please let me know .
