1.Have your meal(dinner) before your shift .
2.Takeva small snack with you (for late night)-protein based,fruits,shake..Protein will help you to stay focussed and alert.
3.Limit tea/coffee during night to 1 or 2 cups.
4.In morning light breakfast
5.Avoid fatty food during dinner ,or too much sugar.
