Working night shifts(10pm-7am)-Issues
My age is 25.One week back I started working in night shifts from 10pm to 7am.I don't know how to take care of health to avoid problems in future like diabetes,heart problems etc. and which is the right time for me to exercise? right time to sleep? From 2 days I'm facing burn in stomach,headache Can you please suggest me some tips to stay fit

Plenty of Salads and Fruits in Diet. Avoid oily and fried food. Eat Small frequent meals. Avoid Chillies, Spices, Cauliflower, Beans, Peppers, tea , coffee . Avoid alcohol and smoking. Avoid Carbonated drinks , juices .  Don't lie down immediately after meals .At least for 30 minutes.
