CA need to work in the night shift, surprising. You may have normal diet for dinner. Take your dinner at a fixed time daily. Keep a gap of 2 to 3 hrs between your dinner and sleep. Length of sleep depends upon the physical and mental stress as well as on individual's habit. But on an average, at your age 5 to 6 hrs of good sleep is sufficient.

There is no separate diet plan for night shifts. Eat whatever you want and whenever Hungary. Sleep for 5-6 hrs
