Shift working

Hello. I'm working in software company. In shift timings if Morning shift 6.30AM to 3.00PM or evening shift 4.00 PM TO 12.30AM. Two weeks once shift will be change. Is any impact in body due to this timings. Please advise anyone. I'm not able to set while shift changing day. Please advise any precaution?!

Hello there . I can understand your concern. Our body and the hormones secreted follow a certain rhythm. That rhythm will be disturbed.
