Shift working
Hello. I'm working in software company. In shift timings if Morning shift 6.30AM to 3.00PM or evening shift 4.00 PM TO 12.30AM. Two weeks once shift will be change. Is any impact in body due to this timings. Please advise anyone. I'm not able to set while shift changing day. Please advise any precaution?!

Shift Change will affect your Circadian Rhythm initially, but in due course the body will get used to it

Hello there . I can understand your concern. Our body and the hormones secreted follow a certain rhythm. That rhythm will be disturbed. Having a well balanced diet, doing yoga, pranayama and meditation will be of great help. Kindly practice these regularly. Sleep well whenever you get time. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
