Shifted to a new place, I can't sleep.
When I was a kid I had this problem, I would stay awake all night and then sometimes later it got better and I was able to sleep, I had this sleeping problem sometimes but I havent had any such problems in 4 to 5 years. But then some months ago I shifted to a new place and at first it was all okay but now for 1 or so month I'm having sleep problems again. 1 month earlier this happened I was awake for 2 days straight and my health got worse so I had to go back to my home and then I could sleep again. I was not even aware of what was happening I was drowsy but my body wouldn't let me sleep every time I'll just be awake again and then I tried Aswagandha because of a friend's suggestion and I could sleep but it's not working now I'm awake right now too. I don't know i feel like I will go mad. It would be really really helpful if some one from the doctors community can help me and give me some suggestions and possibly tell me what is wrong here. Please!
