I don't get proper sleep at night. I lie down but it takes hours to get sleep. I mostly get sleep in early morning but then have to wake up for my work

Glass of hot milk at bedtime Regular exercise Avoid all screens, mobile,TV, one hour before bedtime, finish dinner 2 hrs before bedtime, relaxation excercise at bedtime, like deep breath in and out ,are some of ways, If above methods not working then contact
