Hii doctors..Hope you all are good! Iam suffering with sleeping disorder.i.e, i don't get enough sleep on daily basis since iam working in rotational shifts and also i can't leave the job.. So, Could you all please suggest me that how can I get enough sleep without any chemical medicines. You doctors need to help me please 🙏

According to Ayurveda, sleeping before having lunch or heavy food is better. So, if you have night duty, try to sleep in day time before eating anything. Sometimes, body may not adjust for complete 8 hrs sleep in day time.

With your work, you should do some excersice like stretching, or aeorobics etc so that body. For relaxation do Yogasanas and Pranayama after excercise. Proper shwasana after excercise will help a lot.
