Ksheerbala for sleep
I have bipolar disorder induced insomnia and i use ksheerbala for padbyanga which helps me sleep. Can i take oral ksheerbala capsules for same effect?

U may use ksheerabala Taila Thala at 7 o'clock  evening or Taila head application 30 minutes before bath .Internal use not necessary.
