When i sleep , sometimes i feel like i am not able to wake up, i try to move my hands and body so that i can wake up, i am able to see everything , but not in a position to move my body and it feels like if i will close my eyes i will die

Sleep is a complex phenomena, despite a rest state, a lot is happening in brain and body during sleep. The phenomenon you have described could be likely sleep paralysis of REM sleep, having said that it requires detailed evaluation to rule out other differentials based on various parameters like time of occurrence, duration, associated symptoms, weight, BMI, overall sleep quality, family history etc.

What you are describing is sleep paralysis which is a common feature of REM sleep its usually harmless but this can be discomforting what you can do is maintain good sleep hygiene , practice relaxation and reducing stress
