Sleep deprivation
Can lack of sleep, more screen time cause dizziness ? last week i joined a company. my work profile is on desktop for the entire day. from last few days i feel lightheaded all day long. neck pain is also there. what may be the reason ? i wake up at 6 am and go to sleep by 12-12:30 at night

Yes Of course lack of sleep and long time bright screen watching alongwith acidity may cause dizziness Try to take adequate rest in between work. Give some relaxation to eyes. Lack of sleep and bad posture.. Try to take gap after every 15min and rub your palm together then close your eyes and gently compress your eyes by your fingers..it will reduce strain and relax your eye muscles.. Also try to move your neck after every 15min. If you need detail guidance regarding exercises kindly connect, will show you the correct way of doing all the exercises
