I have a good diet but unable to gain muscles and weight... I joined gym before but have no effect after leaving i found the same body structur only weight increased by 3-4 kg but again it reached same ...I continued For 1 year...But no result from it seen ...I didnt took any supplement had fruits and egg alot diring that time...

Hi. To gain muscle mass, you need to take high protein diet, which includes; milk, eggs, green leafy vegetables, soyabean, chicken(if, nvg). For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add plenty of water Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet . Avoid junk and oily food. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet.

Dear member, You need to analyse your blood test results first, your Hb%, Blood Vitamin D3,as well as your TSH & SGPT , if found any abnormality among the above, you need to modify your present diat chart, with timing of food taken.
