Xray will not reveal many things as physically diagnosis and other investigation will do. The type of pain whether it is only in neck, shoulder and back constantly or radiating matters for the proper diagnosis. Let the consultant know which position the pain is more, static or dynamic? These all are important before doing any exercises. Also, get blood examination done including vit b12 and calcium.
Next Steps
Take online consultation and then start with exercise.
Health Tips
If the pain is severe now look for the redness and feel for the warmth in the area. if no redness seen or warmth felt, then give hot pack for 20 minutes, and if any signs or redness or warmth felt, then give ice therapy for 10 minutes, no more than 12minutes.
