Shoulder pain near shoulder blades
I face pain nearby shoulder blades area, whenever I sit straight at office or at class or doing anything that requires sitting straight. I try to maintain my posture, take brekaes , do stretches. But still this pain comes back. Please suggest

Visit the nearest physio and learn to correct your posture problem by doing some strengthening exercises. Because of sitting positions which you are doing your getting the pains so please follow with your physio as soon as possible

This seems to be due to thoracic stiffness coupled with shoulder weakness. its mainly due to bad posture and the resulting muscle imbalance. you need to practice postural correction exercises,scapular strengthening and thoracic mobility exercises

I think you should visit a Physiotherapist for posture correction exercises and correct posture advice.Also u can hot water fermentation for pain relief but for permanent relief you need to do exercises.

Scapula(Sh blade) is the only bone in the body which forms a joint on one side and other side is resting on the rib cage and held by various muscles. Occasionally Bez of weakness in the rotator cuff muscles and poor posture, people experience pain as u hv described.. I suggest start rotator cuff muscle strengthening exercises..

It is good that you are taking breaks in between the work. But maybe further postural awareness is required. Also, the ergonomical assessment of your workplace will also give an idea about what exactly is the problem. I will suggest you to meet me or any physiotherapist who can do a proper evaluation and find the exact cause. Postural re education, upper back mobility and strengthening are few things I will suggest.

Meet your physiotherapist and set an appointment. Go for pain relieving modalities first and after 30% of improvement in pain, start strengthning exercises of shoulder and scapular muscles, so that u dont over injure the area by starting with the exercises on the first day.
