Short cervix
I have done abdominal cerclage when cervix was at 1cm in 20 weeks.After 10 days of cerclage there is fluids leaking and backpain with frequent bowel movements. Is this a sign of preterm labour

The fluid leaking  needs to be examined it could be because of Pre term rupture of membrane if that is the case you need to  proceed with termination of pregnancy

You will have to consult with your Gynaecologist. He will examine you and then decide whether it is pre term labour or not. Fluid leaking may be a vaginal discharge. Backache is a very common problem during pregnancy. Bowel movements is not a sign of labour. So a clinical examination is a must.
