The fluid leaking needs to be examined
it could be because of Pre term rupture of membrane
if that is the case you need to proceed with termination of pregnancy
You will have to consult with your Gynaecologist. He will examine you and then decide whether it is pre term labour or not.
Fluid leaking may be a vaginal discharge.
Backache is a very common problem during pregnancy.
Bowel movements is not a sign of labour.
So a clinical examination is a must.
