I have minor pain occasionally in my left arm since 1 year. Can you please tell me doctor in which specialization do i need to chose?
I asked a doctor, around 8 months back and he diagnosed that the pain is due to work culture (i have a desk job for 8 hrs) and suggested physiotherapy. But it didn't work much.
The frequency of pain is increasing day by day.

Need to know How did your pain start?
Have you noticed how ( with which activities) and when is your pain getting aggravated?
Your pain may be because of Neck or shoulder. Which needs to evaluated thoroughly. Ofcourse, to be in one posture for long time is a reason behind many aches and pains.
A Physiotherapist or an orthopedic doctor can evaluate your cause of pain and do a right treatment.
