Shall I do Intermittent Fasting or not?
I did IF last year when i had pcod and it helped me lose almost 15 kgs in 3-4 months and also reversed my pcod but i stopped doing IF 4 months back and have gained 4 kgs again (i also shifted to junk diet and no physical activity). should i start doing IF again? is it okay for health?
