  4. Severe Neck and shoulder pain. To do?

Severe Neck and shoulder pain
I am facing several neck and shoulder pain from past 10 days, I have visited neurologist and taken medicine but my pain is getting more and more, should again I should visit orthopaedic Doctor or I should use tablets for a week, Really my pain is getting. Please suggest me what to do

Dear, It might be due to cervical spondylosis whose pain is radiating in your shoulder * Get your X-Ray done as soon as possible Apply cold pack in that painful area
Next Steps
See any good Ortho Doctor and get your assessment done. and then visit a good physiotherapy centre nearby you

Avoid lifting heavy objects from painful hand, Do not keep hard pillows under your neck
