Severe Knee burning pain for 9 months
I have knee burning pain&swelling on top right side of the knee for past 9 months.doing PT for past 6 months.No changes in my symptoms till today.Had 2 MRIs. Been to multiple doctors.No proper diagnosis. MRI says mild lateral patella subluxation,mild chrondomalacia patella, congenitally prominent lateral trochlear ridge,developmental prominent Patella alta.Burning pain is more whenever I stretch my legs straight&bend my knees while sitting.It burns more when I sit and lie down.I feel tight and stiffness in the knee.I feel my right side from hip to ankle in that leg is so tight and burns.But it burns more in the knee area.I am doing exercises everyday.swelling is increased than usual in the last 3 days.pain is also more and snapping sound comes often in the knee.pinching needle pain inside knee while bending for past 3 days.Swelling is not reducing.used to be same level of swelling last 8 months.it has increased in past 3 days.can't go to doctor since lockdown.what to do to get better?

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plgus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part-ie. Back and lower limbs. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my you tube channel Dr NC Gupta Yoga Simplified). You seem to have a patello femoral issue. You have provided great deal of information but it would be nice to have a look at your MRI films as well

On going through your symptoms and mri fir dings seems to have some congenital alignment deformity in patella due to which dryness or degeneration of cartilage of patella is there

u have to go through some medicines and exercises for pain relief if no relief thn have to consult doctor and may require surgery for correction
