Dip your foot in icy cold water for 10min , repeat the same after every 2hours , purchase an anklet from chemist wear it for next 3 days , when your resting keep your leg elevated, don't keep it in hanging position
Hi.. take contrast bath for ur foot.. 3 minutes in hot water , 1 minute in cold water.., like that 3-4 cycles n in a days 3- 4 times..
Also bear less weight on that foot
Wear sport shoes
If possible take ultrasound from physiotherapist
