Severe foot pain
Not able to stand on single leg , severe pain . Pain in foot area . Jumped and landed on one step in staircase . After that pain is coming.

Dip your foot in icy cold water for 10min , repeat the same after every 2hours , purchase an anklet from chemist wear it for next 3 days , when your resting keep your leg elevated, don't keep it in hanging position

Hi.. take contrast bath for ur foot.. 3 minutes in hot water , 1 minute in cold water.., like that 3-4 cycles n in a days 3- 4 times.. Also bear less weight on that foot Wear sport shoes If possible take ultrasound from physiotherapist Tc

Apply cold pack if no swelling it ok give rest have ultrasound therapy from a nearby physiotherapist
