Pain in inner elbow area
I have been experiencing mild pain in the inner area of elbow where the forearm muscle ends. I experience it near the joint. I have been performing forearm stretching but it has not been helping. Need help in this case. If you need any extra information that I might have missed then I am happy to provide. Thank you

Hey there! As by your description, it seems like medial epicondylitis or golfers elbow. Please stop doing stretching, as it would aggravate the pain. Do icing over the painfull area for about 15 minutes. You need to visit a physiotherapist who would check you properly and if golfers elbow diagnosed, would proceed with treatment protocol including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, TENS, gentle effleurage or massage during the first 2 weeks and then proceed with active and resistive movements for complete treatment. You would need a offline or face to face guidance as the therapist would first treat your pain and then as by noting your recovery stage, would advice you the required exercises. At present, please do icing and avoid giving stress to your elbow while working on the computer and as you are in a IT job, it is essential to keep changing your hand positions while working. Remember not to stretch.
Next Steps
visit a physiotherapist.
Health Tips
avoid doing forceful or Jerky movements with hands.

Your pain could be due to forearm muscle injury.  How long do you have this pain? Is it continuous or intermittent pain? Which movement is painful? Pain started gradually or suddenly?

The pain might have initiated due to trauma die to repititive movement of the wrist or any direct trauma to that area. For the first few days we advice rest and icing and no stretching until the pain subsides. I would recommend you to consult a Physiotherapist so that they can assess what is actually causing the problem and create a treatment protocol for it accordingly.
Next Steps
I would suggest doing icing in that area and do not overstretch so as to further aggrevate the pain
