When a tooth has cavity, a toothpaste will never work in reducing sensitivity in that particular teeth. Sensitivity toothpastes are meant to be used in intact teeth and weak gums where roots of teeth are responding to cold. When there is a cavity, unfortunately no toothpaste will work.

Hello
Please let us know when does your sensitivity increase and in which area is it most sensitive.
A tooth cleaning may be helpful for it.
For wisdom tooth if it's full erupted and pain is there without cavity then some periodontal issue might be there. If wisdom tooth not full erupted go for an X-ray to rule out whether it's impacted or not
For your cavity get an X-ray done to check the depth and plan the treatment
