Sciatica Pain due to slip disc
I have sciatica pain and it's been more than 3 months. First it was just mild pain on back of left hip area and now it has became full grown pain in my left leg and hip also. It is most when i sit but when stand or even if start dancing i won't feel any pain. When i stand up after seating for 10 minutes it becomes really painful for me to stand up and it takes about 2-3 minutes for me to stop limp from the walk . Worst part is that this pain is not getting any better after all the physiotherapy, laser therapy, osteopathy made me better for some days, all the pain was gone in beginning and the sensation or shock of pain while standing up after seating for some time was not there. However, i cannot continue with the osteopathy as the clinic is not so close from my house. My MRI report says mild slip disc in L4-L5-S1.

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
