You should do electro therapy and exercise therapy in Physiotherapy. Chiropractic is not advisable. You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. You should give hot water fomentation and bed rest.. You can use volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. Avoid bending activities. Avoid prolonged sitting or standing, instead keep changing for every 15-20 minutes.
Next Steps
You should consult a Physiotherapist in person or online for further evaluation and treatment.

Chiropractic can also set this issue but not permanently and there are side effects of it. Visit nearest physiotherapy centre and take electrotherapy treatment for 15-20 days. Through elevtrotheraoy and manual technique it can be reduced easily. maintain proper posture, avoid heavy lifitng, prolonged standing and sitting must be avoided.

Visiting a practitioner could be a bit of an issue now. Disc bulges are common and they could be managed well with manual therapy. However with current restrictions, an online consult would be a reasonable option. Chiropractic treatment involves manipulation at the end of ranges.
