Treatment for sciatica
Facing problem while sitting, not able to stand more than a minute, its sciatica. i only had problem in left leg, tried a chiropractor and a physiotherapist, but didnt cured

I think your physio doesn't assess properly. This needs to be checked thoroughly because any condition if not properly diagnosed will remain same.

Firstly if it is sciatica you will need to find its cause, to know which exercises would best suite you. Electotherapy is essential for you. So I would suggest you go to a nearby physiotherapy centre and take the electrotherapy for at least 5 days and perform all exercises as told. Sciatica could happen again after a few days if you don't do stretching and exercises. Nothing else can cure your pain

Chiropractor didn’t do anything in that, You should definitely go for manual therapy with some corrective exercises for long term. So consult with a good physio.
