I am having trouble in rotating my upper body. There is reduced range of motion. It feels as if my scapula gets stuck after a point. The is a constant discomfort in between my left shoulder blade and the spine.
I also have a slightly rounded left shoulder. Please help me with these problems.

Hi.. there could be weakness of your scapular stabilizers. As well as a trigger point that is making the muscle stiff.

try the tennis ball trigger point release method (with the ball between your body and the wall) for the "rhomboids" (this is the muscle name I suspect has the trigger point as per your description). Apply ice pack post that. Check on YouTube for the videos.
