As per your chief complaint, you seems to be suffered from neck strain. It happens sometimes when one sleep in bad posture or his neck remains in certain position which leads to strain in neck muscles. You can apply ice pack for 15 min, thrice a day and can have an analgesic and muscle relaxant for relief. Don't use pillow while sleeping. And go to your nearest physiotherapist if you can.
