I do get a lot of pain whenever i stretch my chest during simple exercise like stretching my hands. Even when just i lie down on my chest and raise my head a bit then also i feel the pain which remains for a while.

U have to do normal breathing exercise and take light hot packs for 15 to 20 minutes three times daily, avoid high pillow and other exercises. If not cure within week , please consult Physiotherapist, good luck
