Left hand and shoulder and chest pain
I am having left hand and left side pain. What might be the reason. Sometimes my heart rate raises and can feel pain inside. I am a IT professional sitting at laptop a day. If I lift my hand the pain reduces. Whom should I reach for this. Due to lifestyle I am having 140 to 160 sugar . Please guide me.

Hi, Not to frighten you but before you get a Physiotherapy support for your condition, there is a need for cardiac evaluation. Red flags :- Left hand pain, radiating to left side need to be evaluated for systemic fitness. You are very young to have any problems but protocol is to get an ECG done and a Cardiologist opinion for further management before we help you recover.

Consult with the GP, this might be due to stress and improper posture of neck which si giving you radiating pain. Take physio treatment for 10 days, maintsin proper posture and do consult with the GP for medicines.

Hi ,if you are not able to lift your shoulder more than 90° that might be shoulder pain ,if you are feeling burning or numbness,pain in your hand that might be neck issue also ,there are multiple causes, one of the reason may be your job and lifestyle. Hey there! It seems to be due to high heart rate which is possibly due to mental stress at work. Please check once with a general physician. If there everything is found fine, you should then consult a physiotherapist in person or video consult.

Pain in hand can be due to over use and improper positioning of hand while using laptop at your work place. For the increasing sugar levels you should consult the physician.

Try to Consult General Physician . Go for ECG to check cardiac rhythm . Try to avoid long sitting infront of Laptop inbetween every one hour get up and walk for 5 mins and then sit again.
