Today I have gone through the complete body check up and two three things are highlighted. Uric acid and  ph ( high) and vitamin D and B 12 ( low) Is there any alarming thing?

Would need the Vitamin b12 and Vit D levels to assess. Do get enough sunlight exposure between 6am and 10am for 20 minutes everyday. Will follow up once labs sent.

According to your report  you are suffering from some infection like hyperuricemia and vitamin D and 12 deficiency. As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient so that correct diagnosis will be make and then best treatment will be start

Take Febuxstat for 40 after food 1 time per day for 1 month. Take Vitamin D supplement. Take Vitamin B 12 supplement.

You just sent your urine report, you need to send your Uric Acid and Vitamins report too before I can comment on other stuff. Your this report is mostly normal but your urine pH is alkaline. That's not high by the way but still I'm thinking behind the pathology. Its mostly related to kidneys but need to see other reports before I can comment.
