I have tooth pain and doc advice me to make a roit canal... No another solution??

Hello mam,incase u have tooth pain meaning there is a an infection which probably exist due to decay in the tooth and it cannot be rectified by simple filling. Undergo a root canal treatment n take the prescribed medicine you should just do fine. Post the treatment make sure u do place a cap on the treated tooth

If there is pain it means that your pulp tissue is infected, root canal treatment is the best way to save the tooth or else will have to remove the teeth

You need to trust the doctor who has performed the clinical examination and seen the X-ray of the tooth, because he is the best judge to arrive at the right diagnosis and devise the right treatment plan. We cannot provide a rational suggestion without a look at the clinical condition of the tooth and evaluation of the X-ray.
But if we assume that the decay is deep enough, as is also likely based on the symptoms that you have mentioned, root canal treatment is the only permanent solution to avoid extraction of the tooth.
